As Grand Center Arts District continues to emerge from the pandemic, restaurants across the District have adapted to safely serve residents and visitors. With a variety of carry-out and dine-in options available, you are sure to find something to enjoy. Here’s an ongoing roundup of restaurants in the District open for carry-out or dine-in:

  • Angad Rooftop Terrace: This airy rooftop spot is now open for dinner and drinks. Reservations are highly recommended. You can grab breakfast daily from 7am – 11am, and cocktails and food Wednesday – Saturday 5pm – 11pm, and Sunday 11am – 7pm.
  • Bulrush: Enjoy Ozark cuisine, rooted in extensive research on the foods of the Ozark settlers. Bulrush is now open for dine-in by reservation only Thursdays through Saturdays. You can choose between a 3 to 5 prix fixe Ozark menu. You can also order the tasting menu curbside, carryout, or delivered to your door. 

  • Fieldhouse: Known for their full menu of classic American favorites made with natural ingredients, Fieldhouse is now offering carry-out, and dine-in daily 11am – 11pm.
  • Gary’s Fine Dinning: Enjoy one of the District’s newest restaurant with curbside lunch Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 2pm.

  • Sunrise Chinese Restaurant: Serving up a variety of traditional Chinese dishes is open for carry-out 11am – 6pm Monday – Friday.
  • Sweetie Pie’s Upper Crust: Famous for their down-home soul-food, Sweetie Pie’s is open for carry-out 11:30am – 6pm Thursday-Sunday.
  • The Best Steak House: The grill is fired up at this meat-centric spot, open every day 11am–9pm for carry-out and limited indoor dining.
  • Turn: Known for their American comfort food, Turn is now open Friday – Sunday 10am – 3pm for limited indoor dining and curbside pickup.

  • Urban Chestnut Brewing Company: Biergarten-ing is back! Enjoy a stein outside at the large and socially distanced outdoor Biergarten. Enjoy German brats and a variation of our UCBC Smash Burger fresh off the grill. Dogs are welcome! Open Friday and Saturday 3pm – 10pm and Sunday 12pm-7pm.
  • Vito’s Sicilian Pizzeria & Ristorante: This long-time staple for Italian food has opened for indoor and patio dining, carry-out, and delivery. Open Monday -Thursday 11am – 9pm, Friday 11am – 10pm, Saturday 4:30 – 10pm and Sunday 4:30pm – 8pm.
