The year is 1963 at Blenheim Palace near Oxford. President Kennedy has conferred upon Sir Winston Churchill Honrary Citizenship of the United States. He is unable to attend the White House ceremony, so The Oxford American Society has arranged a celebration in Churchill’s honor. At the dinner, Britain’s wartime leader gives an informal talk on the events and people that shaped his life.
