Wellness: Restorative Journaling Workshop

Immerse yourself in a journaling experience facilitated by somatic practitioner Dr. Grace Holland. Related to the current exhibition Delcy Morelos: Interwoven, participants will engage in prompted exercises of personal and collective experiences followed by guided discussions.

This workshop is designed as a sequence of three one-hour sessions and will take place in the museum, Park-Like, and Spring Church. Journaling materials will be provided.
